He recently retired to Rehoboth Beach with his husband Chris Galanty, and dog, Honey, after a distinguished career in association leadership, most recently serving as the Director of Education, Events, and Membership at the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA). At NASAA, James oversaw training programs, conferences, webcasts, and the development of NASAA Learning, the organization’s online learning portal. He also managed membership engagement and support. Prior to NASAA have he held leadership roles American Retirement Association and National Automobile Dealer Association.
James is a graduate of James Madison University and holds a certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development.
