Application for the SOLA3 2010 Conservation Award

Please complete this application and send it and any supporting materials to PO Box 1504, Rehoboth Beach, DE, 19971. It is understood that submitted materials become the property of SOLA3 unless otherwise requested. It is agreed that any photographs or images of the project may be used on SOLA3's Website or for other purposes. There is no fee for application. Deadline for the application is July 16^th 2010.

If necessary, applicants will be contacted in July to schedule a tour of their conservation project. Judges will follow criteria found on the SOLA3 Web site.

Winner(s) of 2010 Conservation Award will be presented with a special plaque at an event in August, date to be determined.
